The shopping cart process: get to the shopping cart by clicking on the words 'shopping cart' which is at the top right of every page.
1. "What's In My Cart?" - the shopping cart looks like this
2. Login or guest - you can either create a new account, login to your existing account, or proceed to the checkout as a guest.
3. "My Account Information" - if you are creating a new account, fill in your information
4. Enter your delivery information, including any special instructions. Please note all our orders are sent by CourierPost signature required.
5. "Payment Information" - choose your payment method (either credit card or bank deposit). You must enter the capcha validation code to confirm you are not a robot. Important - don't forget to select your correct payment method before continuing!
6. "Order Confirmation" - you're almost done! Review everything is correct, scroll down to the end and tap to confirm you agree to our site terms and the R18 age limit (if applicable), and finally tap confirm to place your order. Important - don't forget to place your order!
7. Order completed! "What's In My Cart?" is empty - when your order is fully completed it takes you back to the shopping cart page, which is now empty. Your order will arrive in a day or two :-)
Problems with the shopping cart. Eg not being able to add products
In most cases there is one of two reasons for this problem:
* if you have cookies turned off, turn them on for our site and the problem should be fixed. You'll need to restart your browser for this to take effect.
* OR, if you don't allow cookies, our site uses what is called a "session ID" (a long string of letters and numbers, that you will see get added to the URL in the address bar). If you use the back button on your browser it can mess with the session ID, especially if you were in the shopping cart and went "back" from there. If you use the site's own navigation links like the side menu or search box this problem is avoided.
In either case, if you close your browser and start again, it should also resolve it. Avoid using the 'back' button in your browser (use the site's navigation menu or search box instead).
Woah, the estimated shipping is really expensive!
If you are not logged in our site can sometimes display an estimate for shipping anywhere in the world. This can be eye-wateringly large, but please don't give up. When you log in the site will re-calculate the shipping based on your New Zealand address. For prices see our shipping page.
If you have any other problems it would really help us if you could copy and paste the URL in the address bar at the time you have the problem, and email that to us. That will give us your session ID and our webmaster can use that to diagnose the problem.
