The Hempstore Aotearoa prefers to not ship to international customers. We are a New Zealand company and prefer to concentrate on servicing our local customers.
If you're super-keen and really want our stuff, we will ship it to you. Delivery charges will vary, depending on where you are. We send all international orders by Priority Track and Trace so we know you have got the order. This can be quite expensive. We will send by economy mail if you want (please specify at the checkout), but this would be at your risk, and if the order goes missing we cannot offer a refund or replacement. That's why we prefer Track and Trace!
Please note, due to the added time and expense this entails, we insist on a minimum NZ$100 purchase for all overseas orders (about US$50 or 45 euro). There is just no point shipping a lollypop or pack of papers half way around the world. It would be better for you to source such items locally - and support your local hemp businesses and reduce greenhouse emissions!
When you make an international order and pay by credit card, you will notice two charges: the first one is for the actual products, then there will be a second charge for shipping. This is because we won't know the actual shipping costs until we have packaged and sent it.
International recipients may be responsible for paying additional local import duties & sales taxes.
We do not ship to all countries. We will not ship to countries that have stupid restrictive laws, such as the USA and most of Asia, or to countries that have unfortunately become known as bases for scams, such as Nigeria and Eastern Europe.
It is the customers responsibility to check local laws before ordering. Some items may be prohibited in some countries. For example, Salvia Divinorum is legal in most of the world but illegal in Australia and Japan. Spice cannot be shipped to the USA, Sweden, Finland or Norway. There may be other countries that have also banned these or other items. We will not be held responsible or offer any refund, exchange or credit for any order that is deemed to be prohibited in the recipient's country, or for any order that is seized by your local authorities.
