The metal tube at the center runs from the mouthpiece to the battery terminal. Make sure this tube is free of any liquid to avoid battery damage.
Liquid could seep into the metal tube once the atomizer head is removed. Always wrap the mouthpiece with a piece of cloth before filling the tank with e-liquid.
When you hear a gurgling noise after refilling, it means that liquid has found its way into the metal tube. Do not use your ecig when this happens. To remove liquid from the tube, detach the clearomizer from the battery, wrap a cloth or tissue around the battery end of the clearomizer, and blow air through the mouthpiece. No need to empty the tank.
When you remove the clearomizer from the battery, you might find a small drop of liquid in the battery contact area. Wipe out any moisture on the battery before charging it.
When possible, keep the tank full and never below 1/3 full of eLiquid ("topped off"). This helps maintain the "vacuum" in the tank and prevent leaks.
Atomizer heads have an average lifespan between 10 to 20 days. When the atomizer head wears down, it may begin to leak. Replace the atomizer head with a new one if available (Dual Coil).
