"New Hemisphere" New Zealand Extra-Virgin hemp seed oil is a rich source of Omega 3 & 6 (contains up to 5% GLA). This is a delicious, full-flavoured salad, drizzling and dipping oil.

New Hemisphere contains only pure unblended cold-pressed Extra Virgin Hemp Seed Oil, fresh pressed from GE-free hemp seed grown naturally on the fertile Canterbury plains of New Zealand.

Rich, nutty and delicate in flavour, hempseed oil contains a naturally occurring nutritional balance of Eessential Fatty Acids. This includes the EFA's Omega-6 and 3 in a 3:1 ratio, which is considered an essential part of a balanced diet.

Take one 15ml tablespoon daily, or use as a delicious salad dressing or dipping oil, or drizzle over your meal. Not for frying.

Hemp seed oil is also great for the skin and hair, and can be used as a base or beneficial additive for massage oils or homemade bodycare and cosmetics.
